Lee Van Der Heyde is a Real Estate Broker Associate licensed in Florida (Previously licensed in Virginia).  Lee was introduced to real estate by an investor specializing in wholesaling and “fix and flip” and he is  still working with and assisting real estate investors finding, buying and selling their investment properties. Working with real estate investors also benefits my conventional buyers in getting real value buying a property.

Apart from being an active real estate salesperson, he has extensive experience in online and direct response marketing, USP marketing, online lead generation and online marketing strategies.

Lee has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Economics and he is a published author of two books and numerous articles published online and on CBS News Money Watch and several other news feeds throughout the USA.  With a background in law enforcement, he founded owned and managed a successful consulting business which he sold in 2008 to become actively involved in the real estate industry.  He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Florida Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Ft Myers and the Beach as well as the International Police Association.  Lee lives with his family in SW Florida.
